1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CallScreenr ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
CallScreenr provides AI-powered call management tools that may include:
- Screening and filtering of incoming calls
- Blocking suspected spam, robocalls, or unwanted calls
- Providing transcripts and summaries of calls
- Forwarding legitimate calls to your chosen device(s)
- Optional integrations and add-on features
The Service is provided on a subscription basis and may include additional per-use fees as outlined on our pricing page.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date account, billing, and contact information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including anti-spam and call recording laws in your jurisdiction)
- Respect the privacy of callers and not misuse transcripts or recordings
- Pay applicable fees on time and in the agreed currency
- Not engage in activities that could disrupt or compromise the Service (e.g., reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or overloading systems)
4. Fair Use & Restrictions
- The Service is designed for normal personal or business call volumes. Excessive, abusive, or fraudulent usage may result in suspension or termination.
- You may not resell or sublicense the Service without prior written permission.
- Certain features (such as call recording or transcription) may be restricted in specific jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring lawful use in your region.
5. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Planned maintenance and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect availability.
- We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party carriers, internet providers, or service partners.
6. Payments, Renewals & Cancellations
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- If payment is not received, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
- Additional usage-based charges (e.g., per-call fees) will be billed as outlined in your plan.
7. Data Handling & Privacy
- We process caller information, transcripts, and recordings in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- You retain ownership of your content but grant CallScreenr a limited license to process and store it solely for providing the Service.
- We may anonymize or aggregate data for service improvements, analytics, and security.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
- We make no warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for missed important calls, false positives/negatives in call screening, delays, or indirect damages.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to CallScreenr in the past twelve (12) months.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallScreenr, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms
- Your breach of laws or regulations related to telecommunication or data privacy
- Disputes with callers or third parties regarding your use of the Service
10. Termination
- You may cancel at any time via your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected misuse.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of CallScreenr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
