🚫 Important calls are being blocked
Quick Fix:
- Open CallScreenr app → Settings → VIP Contacts
- Add the important contact to your VIP list
- Adjust spam sensitivity: Settings → Sensitivity → Lower setting
- Check After-Hours Mode isn't blocking business calls
Pro Tip: VIP contacts always get through, regardless of sensitivity settings.
📱 CallScreenr isn't answering my calls
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Check your carrier supports call forwarding
- Verify CallScreenr number is set as forwarding destination
- Test with a call from a non-VIP number
- Restart the app and check connection status
Note: Some carriers take 15-30 minutes to activate call forwarding.
🔧 How to adjust spam sensitivity
Sensitivity Levels:
- High: Blocks most unknown calls (recommended for heavy spam)
- Medium: Balanced protection (default setting)
- Low: Only blocks obvious spam (good for business)
Access: Settings → AI Configuration → Spam Sensitivity
🛡️ Understanding Deep-Fake Protection (Pro)
What it detects:
- AI-generated voice clones of family/friends
- Synthetic speech patterns
- Voice manipulation attempts
Alert: You'll get an immediate notification if deep-fake is detected.
